"MANUSCRIT. - LACOUR (Paul). Saint Henry, King of Germania and Emperor of the Romans, 972-1024. - Manuscript dated 15 July 1889. In-8 of (5) pp, 65 pp, (3) pp. table, green chagrin, fleur-de-lys at the corners, spine ribbed and decorated in the same way, interior roulette, gilt edges (Ep. binding).
Elegantly calligraphed manuscript on wove paper leaves delicately framed in gilt and green, titles and numbering in red, ornamental culs-de-lampe.
It was given as a gift to Miss Henriette Crochet, and is accompanied by a loose letter to her.
Bruises and stains at the head of the first and last leaves. Binding slightly rubbed, stained."
