Minor wear to the spine and a few minor flaws, yet a pleasant copy. Two printed bookplates: the first bearing the coat of arms of O.F. Rouvier de Vaulgran (Olivier Grand Véfour) and Pierre Orsi, chef; one of the ‘Meilleurs Ouvriers de France’ in Lyon. Madame Gacon-Dufour (1753–1835) was one of the first feminist women in the field of home economics.
