Small in-4, brown basane, double framed with cold filets with fleurs-de-lys at the corners, spine decorated with cold fleurs-de-lys (Modern binding). Very rare Gothic edition of the Chants royaux composed by Guillaume Crétin at the request of François I. Missing the first and last leaves (a1 and LL4) replaced by facsimiles (taken from the edition of Galliot du Pré, 1526), slight wetness in the margins of the last leaves, small marginal loss at the head of f. a2, spine slightly faded, some rubbing to the binding.
