Frédéric Mistral sings about his childhood in Provence, accompanied by original lithographs by Yves Brayer, who introduces us to the region. Moulin de Vauboyen, Bièvres, Pierre de Tartas, 1983. In-folio, 72-4 pp. illustrated with 8 original off-text colour lithographs on double plates, 40 illustrations in-text and 2 colour illustrations on the covers, the table of plates is under an embossed illustrated cover. Limited edition of 560 copies, one of the unnumbered copies on large Arches vellum, dedicated by Yves Brayer to, and printed specially for, Mr Roger Gicquel, famous television presenter. Sheet in publisher's cloth slipcase, minor stains to box, very good condition.
