[Genève, Cramer et Bardin], 1775. 40 volumes in-8, bound in full porphyre calf with triple gilt framing on the boards, very ornate smooth spines, author's and title-pieces in green (9 in fawn). Framed" edition, the last published under Voltaire's direction after the in-4 edition of 1768, with a reduced version of the plates from the latter, engraved by Martinet and Châtelain, after Gravelot. Illustrated with a portrait of Voltaire by De La Tour and Henry IV by Jamet.
The complete 10 volumes of "Théatre de P. Corneille, avec des commentaires, et autres morceaux intéressans. Nouvelle édition, augmentée. S.l.n., 1776 [Genève, Cramer et Bardin]. Edition with commentary by Voltaire, illustrated with a frontispiece and 33 engravings h-t (out of 34).
