1 volume, in-8, midnight blue half-maroquin with corner pieces, smooth spine decorated with a scattering of small gold stars, cover and spine well preserved (P.-L. Martin).
Printed in a run of 1,161 copies.
This copy belonged to Richard Anacréon, an editor at *Le Petit Parisien* and a figure close to literary circles; it contains a dedicatory inscription and an unsigned letter from Mac Orlan to Anacréon, with envelope.
Also included is a letter signed by Daragnès to Anacréon, 1 p. in-8, dated 7 Jan. 43, asking him if he can find some black pepper for Mac Orlan!
A delightful copy bound by Martin.
