New edition preceded by a foreword by Vincent d’Indy. Paris, Léon Pichon, 1920; oblong quarto (23x29 cm), half-brown morocco Bradel binding with corners (rubbed), marbled cover, with title label and spine, gilt head. The volume is illustrated with 12 large compositions in various colours by Maxime Dethomas. One of the numbered copies on Van Gelber laid paper. Ex-libris.
