First edition, this copy being no. 4 of 30 printed on Madagascar paper, following 7 on old Japanese paper and 13 on Chinese paper. Robert DREYFUS, a childhood friend of Marcel PROUST, was one of his most loyal friends. His *Souvenirs* are a valuable source of information on the writer’s youth. Spine slightly faded, a fine copy.
