In-4° format, comprising 149 pages plus 1 blank page, [14] pp. Unbound sheets, filled cover, black and red cloth slipcase, gilt title on the spine, red suede-like lining. 30 original copperplate engravings by Georges Oudot, not part of the main text. A single edition limited to 185 numbered copies on Arches vellum; this copy, no. 34, was printed for Jacques GRESSOT. Includes the menu from the dinner on 20 April 1978 at the Hôtel Frantel in Besançon, featuring a lithograph by the artist.
