In-4°, 77 pp. Unbound sheets, blue filled cover, mauve cloth slipcase. An illustrated edition featuring three beautiful original full-page colour lithographs and seven black-and-white lithographs within the text, by Roland OUDOT; the lithographic stones were destroyed after the print run. Printed in a run of 185 copies; this one, no. 131, was printed for Dr Claude PONSOT. Includes the menu, printed on pearlescent Japanese paper and illustrated with an original colour lithograph by the artist.
