Publisher’s printed cover (one corner slightly cut, not a major issue). Satisfactory condition overall. FIRST EDITION of this seminal work on the bastides of the South-West, awarded a prize by the Société archéologique du Midi de la France (first edition in book form, considerably expanded compared with the original publication in the Mémoires de la Société Archéologique du Midi).
