15 black etchings by Marcel Roux. One of 250 numbered copies on Van Gelder Holland paper, enriched with 3 HANDWRITTEN LETTERS dated and signed by Louis Mercier addressed to Mathieu Varille, concerning the publication of ‘Virginis Corona’, in which the author very emphatically asserts his copyright.
Bound together with: GODART (J). MARCEL ROUX. Lyon-based engraver (1878–1922). In-8 booklet. Photographic portrait of Marcel Roux by Jean Chorel, and one inset plate. Limited edition of 40 author’s copies.
