Numerous colour illustrations within the text. One of 400 copies numbered on Lana paper. Case damaged, a few small holes.
Included:
- Another copy numbered on Arches paper with a set of engravings, specially printed for Sylvain Sauvage.
- A substantial collection comprising 112 original tracings, 4 original colour drawings, 32 ink or pencil drawings, and finally 93 printed proofs of drawings. (La Fontaine, Brillat-Savarin, Voltaire…). The collection is in good condition.
