Essai général sur la noblesse du comté Venaissin et d'Avignon dedicated to the states of this province. Carpentras, Quenin 1781. In-4° half morocco with corners, 3 ff., 47 ff. Fragment of the very rare first edition of volume I, the only one published, containing 47 leaves (Achard to Alric). This publication was partly destroyed at the printer's during the Revolution, hence its rarity. Saffroy II, 21093. Very good condition.
