Description
[Nantes] - Henri Bouyer (1907-1994) - Draughtsman, caricaturist and journalist from Nantes. Set of approximately 60 ink drawings, watercolours and sketches, most of which are captioned and annotated in pencil. Bouyer was an editor and cartoonist at Le Phare de la Loire and Le Populaire de l'Ouest, which became L'Éclair in 1956. His newspaper published his columns, in the Nantes language, accompanied by cartoons.
