An edition containing 246 fables, adorned with a portrait of La Fontaine and 247 SMALL ILLUSTRATIONS copied or imitated from Oudry, engraved by Alard, Bertin, Savart and Crescent. (Rochambeau 42, 109). Bindings slightly worn. A copy which has retained all its original margins.
