GONCOURT (Edmond de) - JEANNIOT (G.). LA FILLE ELISA. Paris, Testard, 1895. In-8, mahogany morocco with corners, richly decorated ribbed spine, gilt head, cover (M. Lortic). First edition illustrated with 60 woodcut sketches and drawings in the text and 10 original hors-texte etchings by Georges Jeanniot. Edition of only 300 copies, this one of 40 numbered on vellum with a triple suite of etchings. A few brown spots, otherwise a very fine copy with wide margins, perfectly bound by Marcelin Lortic.
