Durtain, Luc – Kong Harald, poem – Autograph dedication signed by the artist, with the recipient’s name cut out, on a copy numbered 101/314, printed on laid alfa paper from the first edition. Georges Crès et Cie, 1914. In small 8vo format, paperback with folded cover and uncut pages, in good condition. Luc Durtain (1881–1959), whose real name was André Robert Gustave Nepveu, was a French doctor who became a poet, novelist, playwright and essayist, best known during the interwar period. In 1950, he was awarded the Gustave Le Métais-Larivière Prize by the Académie française for his entire body of work.
