Marquet, Mary – *Ce que j'ose dire...* – With an autograph dedication signed by the author, dated July 1974. A signed photograph from Harcourt is bound into the book. Published by Jean Dullis, 1974. In fort in-8 format with inset photographs, bound in sheepskin, ribbed spine, covers and stitching intact. A very fine copy. Mary Marquet (1895–1979) was an actress with a career spanning over 60 years, appearing in more than 40 films and over 45 plays; she became a member of the Comédie-Française in 1928. She was the author of nine books, including this one, which is an autobiographical account.
