Exceptional set around Jocelyn, the Romantic poet's great title, bringing together an edition from the year of the original, with dispatch, and the verbatim manuscript of Jocelyn.

Remarkable manuscript of the entire text, without repentance, lines drawn in pencil and then erased, in fine handwriting in brown ink.
In in-4 format. Bound in contemporary grey percaline, embossed boards (wear to binding, inner spine sometimes a little loose or partially weakened, some foxing).
Given as being in the hand of Lamartine himself.
