New edition of Froissart's chronicle, revised and corrected from various copies after Denis Sauvage (ca 1520-1587), historiographer to King Henry II.
The main work of the historian Jean Froissart (ca 1337-ca 1404), written between 1361 and 1400, deals with the conflict between France and England during the Hundred Years' War.
