7 April 1807, to Mr Roger, concerning the talents of Mr Utinet, master of music at the theatre in Troyes, and the lack of vacancies at the Grand Opéra, at Feydeau or at the Imperial Chapel; he works in the countryside, but comes regularly to the Conservatoire for rehearsals of the Chapel’s masses… (2 pp., in-4).
18 October 1816, to PLANTADE. Detailed musical commentary on several of Plantade’s compositions: Kyrie, Domine non secundum, Domine ne memineris, etc. (2 pp., in-8, addressed). – 31 December 1818, to Mr SAUVO, thanking him for his opinion, which he holds in high regard (1 p. in-4, addressed, repaired). – 182., to Mr Grégoire, providing the score of the ‘solemn Mass of the Holy Spirit, for the reopening of Parliament’ (2 pp. in-4, letterhead: ‘The King’s Superintendent of Music’).
