-ORONCE DE BRIANVILLE. A Methodical Summary of the History of France… (Paris, 17th century).
17th-century havana calfskin with pebbled grain, ribbed spine (bleached; the title page is missing and has been replaced by a handwritten page).
Dedicated to His Grace the Dauphin, with an allegorical vignette by Le Clerc and a large allegorical engraved frontispiece bearing the Dauphin’s coat of arms. Numerous half-page etched busts.
