An illustrated edition featuring a figure on the cover, a frontispiece and wood-engraved illustrations within the text by Clément Bellenger after Daniel Vierge.
Printed in a run of 500 copies, including 150 special editions on China and Japan paper; this copy is no. 43 on China paper.
The engravings are accompanied by a series of black-and-white prints, also printed on China paper.
