TOUDOUZE, G. BLANT. La Vengeance des peaux-de-bique. Paris, Hachette, 1896. Large quarto. Contemporary green half-maroquin with corner pieces, ribbed spine decorated with panels featuring a gilt ermine fleur-de-lis, gilt title, cover and spine preserved (a few very faint foxing spots scattered mainly throughout the first quires, spine very slightly faded). Note: Limited edition, one of 50 copies printed on China paper with a separate print run of the engravings. This is no. 18. Partly block-printed. A fine copy in a lovely morocco binding by Champs-Stroobants.
