Aren 1828–1832, Stockholm; Nordström, 1833, in-8°, red half-shagreen, spine with decorative faux raised bands (contemporary binding); heraldic bookplate.
Slight foxing.
The author was a Swedish traveller (1802–1841); this is a missionary’s journal of his travels in Lapland. He was ordained as a priest in 1825 in Härnösand and, in 1826, in accordance with the 1820 ordinance on the education of the Lapps, was appointed as a missionary to Pite Lapland.
