MUSSET, Alfred de The Confession of a Child of the Century Editions Portal & Cie, 1947. Illustrated by Paule Peiré. One of 50 copies printed on Arches vellum, this being no. 28, featuring both versions of the engravings in black and blue. Quarto, red half-basane leather with maroquin finish, plain spine with author’s name and title in gold lettering, geometric leather motifs on the covers, uncut head, cover and spine intact. Interior in fresh condition.
