A collection of 188 issues of the Diario de Barcelona. 3 vols. in-8 (21 x 15.6 cm), in folio format, bound in a green half-maroquin slipcase, ribbed spine decorated with gilt fillets (modern binding). A collection of 189 issues of the Diario de Barcelona, comprising 37 issues from 1802, 1 issue from 1818, 116 issues from 1819 and 35 issues from 1820. The *Diario de Barcelona*, founded in 1792, is one of the first daily newspapers published in Spain. Also included are 14 issues (9 issues and 5 supplements) of the *Gaceta de la Regencia*, dated 1813, in paperback. Some foxing, missing cover and damaged spine throughout the *Gaceta de la Regencia*.
