LARBAUD, Valery and WORM, Piet. Military Matters. A delightful, limited-edition volume of this essay on the toy soldiers that Larbaud collected. No place, A.A.M.STOLS, 1921. In-8 Bradel style, white publisher’s cardboard binding, white cloth spine, illustrated title label on the front cover. Approximately 25 pages (unpaginated). Upper edge of the front cover yellowed. First edition illustrated by Piet Worm with original lithographs reproduced by offset printing and hand-coloured; the text originally appeared in the journal *Cahiers d’aujourd’hui* in the August 1913 and January 1921 issues. Limited edition of 250 copies; this is no. 83, countersigned by the publisher. A very fine copy, quite rare.
