Folio size, full unbleached cloth binding and publisher’s illustrated slipcase. Bound by Barast and Adine. 35 pages and numerous colour and black-and-white reproductions, both within the text and as inserts. Slipcase slightly soiled. First edition presenting the 165 drawings and paintings that Picasso devoted, from 1959 to 1961, to the *Les Déjeuners* series, inspired by Manet’s famous *Déjeuner sur l’herbe*. Introductory text by Douglas Cooper. Beautifully printed by the Imprimerie Moderne du Lion for the illustrations. In excellent condition.
