Cover and edges slightly browned, spine slightly creased with small paper losses at the top. An illustrated edition featuring 45 watercolours, reproduced by stencil and retouched by hand, by Pierre Brissaud (1885–1964), a fashion illustrator who began his career at the *Gazette du Bon Ton*. Limited edition of 536 copies; this is one of the 403 numbered copies printed on Holland laid paper (no. 446). A fine copy.
