17th-century French School (Circle of Sébastien Bourdon) The Sacrifice of Noah Oil on canvas mounted on panel, tondo (reclaimed panel with remnants of drapery from a painting, 16th-century Netherlands) (Restorations) 23 x 22.5 cm Provenance: Anonymous sale; London, Christie’s, 18 December 1998, lot 62 (attributed to the circle of Giovanni Benedetto Castiglione) The hammer price is exclusive of VAT. VAT at the reduced rate of 5.5% applies to the hammer price and the sales commission. This VAT is recoverable for French professionals.
