3-Signed autograph letter dated 29 September 1892, addressed to Mr Milès (1859–1928) [Léon Roger, known as Léon Roger-Milès, lawyer, historian, poet, journalist and art critic]: “My dear Mr Milès, do you feel inspired to write a piece on the history of toys for *Le Figaro illustré*? I believe this subject would go down well with them, accompanied by drawings, for their Christmas issue. If this subject suits you, we can present it to Valadon one of these coming mornings. Would you, in that case, do me the pleasure of joining me for lunch? Choose the day and we shall put our heads together… Ferdinand Bac”.
