Letter (1 p.) signed and dated 21 May 1790 in Paris, addressed to the Chevalier d’Isle* concerning the works in the harbour of Cherbourg, relating to the reimbursement of travel expenses intended for him and his draughtsman. Fine copy. Dimensions: 31.3 x 19.8 cm.
