A signed autograph letter addressed to the Governor of Brittany, Louis-Jean-Marie de Bourbon, Duke of Penthièvre (1725–1793), dated 27 January 1789 in Hennebont (1p). In accordance with the Duke’s orders, he has just appointed ‘M. de Lée to the post of lieutenant of Hennebont’.
