Fine example. Size: 18 x 24 cm. 2- NICHOLAS II (1868–1918) Tsar of Russia. Promotional souvenir (offered by the firm ‘4!!! 8!!!’) in the form of a photographic reproduction (the Tsar with the Tsarina and one of their children) ‘Souvenir of the Tsar’s visit, October 1896’ on the front and the Russian national anthem (with musical notation) on the back. (dimensions: 6.2 x 9.3 cm). 3-[Sweden] Oscar of Sweden (1829–1907); King of Sweden and Norway. Signed letter dated 15 November 1882 in Stockholm (in Swedish): ‘The King of Sweden and Norway is pleased to inform you that the WP(?) has recently appointed the Chief of Staff to the Emperor of Turkey, Duhany Naoum, to the rank of Commander of the Order of the Polar Star, Second Class (…)’.
