Pichaq and its turquoise and ruby scabbard
Ottoman Empire, dated AH 1310 / AD 1892-93
Dagger with steel blade inscribed with Arabic characters inlaid with gold. Chased silver ferrule with floral decoration, grey nephrite ricasso and white nephrite jade handle. Embossed metal scabbard decorated with interlaced foliage and set with turquoise and ruby cabochons. Base.
