An elegant little travel camera in varnished mahogany, made in France, measuring 9 x 12 cm, with a burgundy leather bellows (repair to one of the folds; one of the decentration locking knobs is missing), No. 2243. Fitted with two lenses on their mounting boards: a Claude Berthiot ‘Paris Eurygraphe’ symmetrical anastigmatic No. 3 F6.8 iris diaphragm, mounted with its fixing ring on a Guerry-type focal-plane shutter; and a rectilinear aplanatic lens, also mounted on a mahogany mounting plate. Two ground glass screens, four shutter frames for plates or film sheets.
