An Antique smoker's chair, sculptured wood and embroidery, Black Forest, late 19th century. Sculptured wood and embroidery. Decorated with a carved wooden bas-relief portrait medallion of a man wearing a hunting hat, finished with pipes and pitchers. Seat and upper backrest upholstered with floral embroidery (verdure).
