Model 1845 infantry rifle. Rear lock signed Manceaux, in working order. All steel parts are ‘white polished’ with no inspector’s marks (civilian manufacture on behalf of the State). The inside of the barrel has very clear rifling. Walnut stock with numerous, barely legible hallmarks and marks, probably also from the Manceaux firm. Good condition. Category D
