Air Force: mementoes of a pilot officer who flew missions in Indochina and Algeria, Air Force officers’ dagger, 1934–36 model, superb 270 mm straight blade, signed on the heel ‘Beraudy-Vaure Ambert 55 (1955) ’ and the Air Force logo on the reverse, crossguard and handle fittings in gilded bronze, white Bakelite pommel with trigger guard and wrist strap, scabbard covered in blue-louise boxcalf, with three gilded bronze fittings, blue-night leather lugs, minimal signs of wear otherwise in excellent to very good condition, total length 405 mm, France during the Algerian War.
