Breech plate engraved ‘Mle AN 9’; lock plate marked ‘Maubeuge Manufre Imple’ and round-bodied hammer. Stamped brass fittings; iron trigger guard and hammers. Walnut stock with hallmark. Barrel length: 75 cm. Overall length: 115 cm. A.B.E. With a scabbard bayonet (58.5 cm).
