Presumed 1822 T. model dragoon percussion rifle. Round barrel with fluted sections, dated ‘1833’. The breech block is stamped ‘1822 T.’ and features a rear sight. Lock plate engraved ‘Mre Rle de Mutzig’. Brass fittings stamped with an ‘L’ beneath a crown (except for the trigger guard). Stock plate stamped ‘8’. Walnut cheek rest, with a 1833 stamp and MUTZIG markings. The ramrod is missing. Barrel length: 92 cm. Overall length: 131 cm. E.M. (Pitting)
