Lock marked ‘Mre Rle de Tulle’ and round-bodied hammer. Stamped iron fittings. Walnut stock with a fine 1824 hallmark. Iron ramrod with flared head. Barrel length: 100 cm. Overall length: 142 cm. A.B.E. With a bayonet featuring a central ferrule (length: 53 cm). The most common modification to the 1822 model was adopted two years later, in 1842
