Breach block stamped ‘Mle 1822 T’ (showing signs of wear). Flat-bodied lock plate marked ‘Mre Rle de Maubeuge’ and a round-bodied hammer. Iron fittings with traces of hallmarks. Cap stamped with an anchor and the letter ‘G’. Walnut stock marked in Tulle with the barrel’s serial number ‘29’. Iron fore-end. Barrel length: 12.5 cm. Overall length: 25.5 cm A.B.E. (Cleaned)
