Rear lock plate engraved ‘Mre Impale de Châtellerault’. Stamped brass fittings. Walnut stock bearing the date ‘1861’, with the barrel serial number ‘630’. Iron ramrod with a nail-head tip Barrel length: 88 cm. Overall length: 132 cm. A.B.E. (Signs of wear). With a scabbard bayonet (53.5 cm).
