German helmet shell. M35 helmet shell. Manufactured by ET 68, lot number 4437. Remainder of illegible name marking at the level of the nape of the neck. Metal strapping complete, but oxidised. Cap missing. The rivets are complete. Chinstrap incomplete. Exterior paintwork heavily cleaned and rubbed. 30% Feldgrau paint. Heer eagle at 20%. Some wear and patina. Condition II+. German helmet shell. M35 shell manufactured by ET 68, lot number 4437. Remains of an illegible nominal marking on the rear visor. Complete but oxidised metal liner band. Liner absent. Incomplete chinstrap. Exterior paint heavily cleaned and rubbed. Heer decal retaining approximately 20 percent of its finish. Showing honest wear and patina. Condition II+.
