German officer's sword. Rare model with gilded finish. Smooth guard with floral decoration. Black handle. Complete watermark. Guard featuring a shield with an eagle with folded wings. Almost no gilding. Beautiful blade with some signs of wear and oxidation. Made by Alcoso. Logo of a late green model 1943-1944. Blade length 83.5 cm. Metal scabbard, 70% black paint, some oxidation marks, paint cracked in places. Length of scabbard 87.5 cm. Some wear and patina. Condition II+. German officer sword, rare model with gilt finish. Smooth guard with floral motifs. Black grip with complete wire wrap. Guard with shield bearing a folded-wing eagle. Gilding almost gone. Fine blade showing light wear and oxidation. Made by Alcoso with late-war logo circa 1943-1944. Blade length 83.5 cm. Metal scabbard with 70% of original black paint, localized oxidation, and cracked finish. Scabbard length 87.5 cm.
