Gendarmerie officer's jacket. Grey-green cloth, all buttons present. Orange piping at buttonhole, bottom of sleeves and around collar. Major's shoulder tabs. Collar lined with dark brown fabric, as are the lower sleeves. Officer's litzen. Officer's sleeve eagle in silver piping on a grey-green background. Lined with brown cotton fabric. No visible markings. The collar appears to have been hand sewn. All insignia are hand sewn. Some wear and patina, as well as moth holes. Condition II+. Gendarmerie officer tunic. Made of gray-green wool, all buttons present. Orange piping around the buttonholes, cuffs, and collar. Shoulder boards for a Major. Collar lined with dark brown fabric matching the cuff ends.
