Colonial infantry jacket. Canvas jacket made from light khaki fabric and fastened with six buttons bearing the colonial arms. Two flap pockets, original mounted shoulder tabs, removable black drape troop collar tabs. Inside the jacket, a square of fabric sewn to the collar indicates the size, various stamps present on the pockets including 7th Colonial Infantry as well as a stamp of the colonial troops in Brest indicating the year 1924. Colonial Infantry tunic. Khaki canvas tunic fastening with six buttons bearing colonial insignia. Two flap pockets. Original shoulder straps mounted in place. Removable enlisted pattern black cloth collar tabs. Inside the tunic a cloth size panel is sewn beneath the collar. Various stamps present inside the pockets including 7th Colonial Infantry Regiment and a colonial troops depot stamp from Brest dated 1924.
